Meet the team
Two decades of commercial experience starting with 3 years in software & database industry followed by 17 years in media. Within media, Salil has been predominantly with technology business to business space covering verticals like telecom, enterprise & channel. The portfolio includes print, online and events.
Salil has been a part of many conceptual initiations like hosted program for enterprise as well as channel, virtual expositions, webinars, on-ground events, awards, and many large format exhibitions.
In the last 3 years, he has been in the P&L role with associated brands - in Channel and Enterprise domain. After donning the hats of Project Director and Group Commercial Director, Salil has stepped up on the gas to service the market in an Entrepreneurial capacity.
Salil holds masters from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management from Mumbai University. He is an avid reader and sports enthusiast. He lives in Mumbai with his mother, caring wife and a beautiful daughter.

Commencing his career with a leading event management firm, Liju channelled his way up to top management with major business media companies. His moved on from a leading MNC business media company where he was responsible for the strategic development and ensuring the profitability. His core skills include strategy development, negotiation and managing profitability for the business. Over the span of 10 years, he has been associated with high-end B2B shows both in domestic and global markets.
As a key stakeholder at i3R global, Mathew is responsible of Business Operations and quality delivery of client requirements. With his international exposure to large conferences, he brings value-add to the clients in creating new opportunities for the business through innovative and collaborative approach.
He is a staunch believer of taking calculated risk and takes on challenges with head on.
He has done his mechanical engineering and pursued his career to follow the dream of new age entrepreneurship.
